General Loss Support Group
Grief can come from many different types of loss, and no two experiences are the same. Our General Loss Support Group is open to anyone grieving the death of someone important in their life, regardless of the relationship or circumstances surrounding their loss.
These groups typically bring together 6–12 participants, creating a welcoming environment where individuals can connect with others who understand the emotions and challenges that come with grief. The diversity of experiences within the group allows participants to hear different perspectives while often discovering that many of the feelings they are experiencing are shared by others.
Our groups are centered around peer connection and conversation rather than a structured curriculum. There is never pressure to speak or share before you are ready. Participants are welcome to talk about their experiences, listen to others, or simply be present.
Whether your loss is recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome here. There is no timeline for grief, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
