Luke Pineschi serves as the Board Secretary of Grief with Hope, bringing compassion, dedication, and personal understanding of the impact that loss can have on individuals and families. In 2026, Luke experienced two significant losses with the death of his brother-in-law by suicide and the loss of his cousin. These experiences strengthened his understanding of the many ways grief can affect a person and the importance of having meaningful support during times of loss.

Through his involvement with Grief with Hope, Luke is passionate about helping others navigate their own experiences with grief. He believes that connection and peer support can provide comfort during some of life's most difficult moments and is committed to helping create a community where people can openly share their experiences, honor their loved ones, and know they do not have to grieve alone.

Outside of his work with Grief with Hope, Luke has a lifelong appreciation for horses. He has spent the past eight years horseback riding and training horses, an activity that has taught him patience, trust, perseverance, and the importance of connection. In his free time, Luke also enjoys strategy board games, where he can put his problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to work.
